Please download the entry form here, fill it out, and bring it with you to the meeting on Sunday (or e-mail it to us if you won't be attending the meeting). We will be displaying all mini quilts, but there is limited space for larger entries. We will do our best to accommodate all entries. If there are too many large entries, we will hold a random drawing to select the display entries.

I'm happy to report we received our first mini-quilt submission for the show by email! I know a lot of you will be submitting your forms at the meeting on Sunday, but you can email them in if you are unable to make it. See you Sunday!
